I like to keep my hands busy and needlework is a great way for me to relax. We just returned from camping and I finished this pretty blue crocheted scarf. I like changing up my scarves on cool fall days and in the cold of winter, depending on the denim jacket, coat or vest colour I am wearing.
This scarf was crocheted with just two balls (100g / 3.5 oz) of Bernat Satin in Lagoon using a 5 mm hook and the two balls made it nice and long. I made up my own pattern as I went.
I'm joining in Donna's Robin's Egg Blue SNS party at Funky Junk Interiors.

I'm sharing this with Creations by Kara, for the Look What I Made! party.

Love it...that is a beautiful shade of blue! :D
Elizabeth,
I cannot crochet to save my life--but I can knit-I have 2 LONG road trips coming up in the next two weeks--I saw some gorgeous yarn last week at Big Lots--I think I would like knitting, alternated with reading!
Thanks for the idea, and your scarf is lovely...
By the way, I have been, over the past few weeks, trying to comment on your posts, but my blogger acct. doesn't bring up your comment box even after I F5 it 20 times--quite frustrating! I just wanted you to know that I AM reading your posts! I love your ideas and adventures, just can't make my comment "stick". Ugh.
Hugs,

P.S. Today I got lucky and got this box--who knows if it will post it. Sigh.
P.P.S. I loved your last post and the new "curtains".
Brilliant, you are!
woohoo! It worked, LOL!
It's a beautiful color! And yes, let's get fall going!
